Who is holding a gun to the head of people and forcing them to work for minimum wags? Minimum wage is a starting wage. It is for people learning to do the job and building a history to be able to move on to a better job. I suspect you are one of those folks who cannot show up for work on time, take 'long' breaks, 'long' lunch hours, and do as little work as possible.
