...tried as an adult? Good!!! Ya do an adult crime, ya do adult time. In most states, a child charged as an adult won't do much time. By the time he gets out, he will be a "bigger and better" thug. I'd be willing to betcha that he had been diagnosed with ADD or BD and was on Ritalin or some similar medication.
