Genius, what does the market have to do with that surplus, NO BUDGET DEFICIT, he received when he came Into his appointed office? And what did he do with all that? He left it to Obama in the form of a $1.3 fkng trillion budget deficit and more the year after.

Which, btw, has come down to less than a half a trillion.

That's the facts, and now answer the question!
