But only in the states which fully participate in both the ACA and the expanded Medicaid plans. In those states that don't, if the Walmart employees fall below the limit for a subsidized policy, but are above the poverty limit, which since they ARE working, they're SCREWED.
I suspect that once the midterms are behind us, that a large number of the Republican controlled states will have a change-of-heart and will move to normalize their ACA and Medicaid plans to meet the new guidelines fully.
