...it's an entirely new concept to me. I have always been able to get healthcare and then worry about the money later. Tell me dear boy, what are the poor folks who don't have credit cards gonna do? I thought getting them covered was what obonzocare was spozed to do.

I'm on the same employer-provided healthcare plan that we've been on for years and when I had knee surgery a couple of months ago, I had to give them a credit card before I was checked-in. The same thing happened 7 years ago, well before the ACA was enacted, when I had my shoulder repaired by the same surgeon at the same orthopedic surgery center. So what's new?
