have you tried starting in SAFE MODE????

Tap on the F 8 key when the computer starts up and you should get a screen that lets you start in safe mode...

Highlite that and hit enter and see if your computer will boot up in safe mode.

Ifit does, then you might want to run a scan disk or even do a restore.

I'm having trouble with Hollywood - is there any way to do a system restore from the bios? Or as she boots up? She's stopping shortly after it want the password at boot up. Never had to do that until just recently and that may be pat o he problem.
