Correction: Senate Approves ISIS Bill, 78-22, Avoiding Bigger War Debate
An earlier version of a news alert about the Senate’s vote in favor of a measure to train and arm Syrian rebels misstated the tally because of incorrect information announced in the Senate. The vote was 78 to 22, not 73 to 22.
