Only good thing is it appears IDCC is aggressively buying shares. Obvioulsy I want the shareprice higher but if not im glad IDCC is there to buy it up. They haven't nomrally bought shares this high so for them to be loading up in the 40s gives me comfort they know the next 6-12 months should be good for them.
On a side note I really like the binding arbitration route better for IDCC. Hopefully ZTE settles or goes that route as well.
