m.b.'s to slug police officers and anyone else they
feel like?
I don't think so.
The thugs need to be prosecuted for two felonies.
One, attempted murder (as a punch hard enough to knock someone out might be enough to break their neck.)
Two, as a Hate Crime. If there is no discernible
reason for a black thug to punch a white person,
other than the fact that the victim was white . . .
That IS a racist hate crime.
