The Republic is lost!
Day before yesterday, I was driving some new students home from school when a relatively adept & astute high-schooler began his conversation with me about his hopes for a law enforcement career. Obviously, he was well spoken & as fit as you might expect a young man in the 11th grade. But, he kept referring to his disability. I asked him exactly what disability?
He responded he had been diagnosed with ADD. We then bantered about the fact most folks alive have some form of ADD as it relates to lack of attention maybe & concluded the world is slammed full of distractions which may be the root cause? Nonetheless, this boy said he wanted to get involved with after school programs directed at his law enforcement interests; but, was cautioned by his uncles here in town not to. At this point, I am curious why he would be prevented from any sort of activity especially that which would further benefit him later on in his life & career?
That’s when he revealed he gets a monthly check from our illustrious government subsidizing his disability! He’s either 16 or 17 years old & gets a monthly subsidy that he is well aware will conflict with any plans other than sole reliance on the check. If not enough, he proceeded to tell of O’s salvaging what Bush had messed up. I could hardly contain myself! However, I remained calm so as to have greater impact on his twisted thinking & explained his government check was actually the result of my taxes. He never considered that! I also told him such convoluted thinking is exactly what has led our country into Socialism/Communism from which there is no escape once the masses become dependent upon their monthly government subsidies!
Bottom line folks, this is how it’s done to wreck free enterprise capitalism! O has done it all by the Marxist Book Of Political Incompetence. And, he’s done devastatingly well subverting our country.
If a no name high school student in a no name town from Texas can EXPECT a monthly stipend, how many millions of others do you think have & will apply? Truth is, it is actually foolish NOT to become part of the system. Do you want to be the only one working while entitled recipients are drawing more monthly income for staying home doing nothing? And so it goes this intellectually driven snowball has amassed into one giant avalanche without end other than the complete collapse of our heretofore government! Hard pill to swallow for those of us who’ve worked hard all our lives! Consider also how irrelevant any notion of national pride & sacrifice as per the summary below of General Greene?
IMHO, we (conservatives) can now only plan for the bleak future socialism will entail until such time enough entitleds become as disillusioned & concerned enough to shun entitlement ideology. btw, it doesn’t matter now how it happened or even who is at fault. It happened. Maybe post generational logic may prevent the same mistake if ever such a great country comes again? b

Just an observation! Makes you think I hope.
Two star Major General Harold Greene was killed in Afghanistan on August 8, 2014 while serving his country with pride for 34 years. He was the highest ranking officer in the military killed in action since the Vietnam war in 1972.
President Obama has not mentioned anything in regards to this decorated soldier, yet he spoke highly of Robin Williams who committed suicide.
General Greene was buried August 14 in the Arlington National Cemetery. Neither the President, Vice President, Secretary of State nor any Executive Branch office representative attended the funeral. The "Commander in Chief", President Obama was on vacation, playing golf at Martha’s Vineyard. In stark contrast, the White House sent three officials to attend Monday's funeral for the slain black teenager, Michael Brown, in St. Louis.
No flags were ordered to half staff for General Greene; however, they were for Whitney Houston (who also committed suicide).
I find this offensive and disrespectful to the veterans who have served our great country. But then again, why does this not surprise me.
Do what you want with this email... but I am sending it on.
When obastard in chief finally dies, I hope his grave becomes a permanent urinal for our military.
