...my county has a couple of armored humvee's they got for free from the feds. They have been used to transport kids who were stranded on school busses during last winters snowstorm. They also used one of em to search for a lost kid who had been riding his 4 wheeler along a powerline way out in the sticks. The other stuff? I dunno. Maybe they will need it, but until they need it, keep it locked up.
