...it didn't happen that way. On each succeeding shot mikey was closer to the officer. That's why the shots kept getting closer to the target and in a tighter group.

...btw, if somebody has their hands raised over their head and is walking towards ya or away from ya for that matter, an arm shot is difficult. From the placement of the wounds I would say that the cop was trying to shoot him on the side of his body where his heart was not located.

If Michael Brown walked away & after being shot raised his hands & said don't shoot & Officer Wilson fired 5 more times, knowing Mike was UNarmed, Wilson was NOT justified.
