They should gather available evidence before charging any individual, never mind prosecuting or convicting him. We haven't even heard the policeman's side of the story.

The case seems to be changing from much of the original story - Gentle Giant teenie-bopper, stopped for jaywalking, shot in the back, with his hands up.

Again, what do see as a motive?

'Why'?

Michael was UNarmed & a distance away from Officer Wilson. According to 3 eye witnesses (so far) Michael had his hands up in the air, (as one gun shot appears to show with the entry) saying don't shoot.

Does anyone believe if Officer Wilson was black & Micheal Brown was white, he wouldn't have been charged?

Officer Brown killed an unarmed man in the middle of the street at noon.

I would think protocol would mandate the officer be arrested based on the fact the victim was unarmed & was shot 6 times....

Evidence will be presented at trial before a verdict is passed down. But this officer should be charged!
