Well looks like they denied IDCC again. TC a positive is IDCC should be able to buyback shares pretty aggressively here if there is some selling based on the news. Let's hope DE the week of Sept 8 is a good hearing for us. Wasn't expecting the commission to reverse the ID but its painfully obvious the ITC isn't going to find infringment no matter what.
