six people submitted to a drug test and just one tested positive out of the 812 people who applied. Four were turned down for benefits because they refused to participate in drug screening. That means a positive rate of 0.12 percent for those who took part in the screening. That compares to the 8 percent of state residents generally who use illegal drugs.
...mystery math? 1 out of six tested works out to 16.6 percent. Four turned the test down. Dunno how you would figure that into the giant non equation but the six tested out of 812 works out to less than .7% were tested. If the sample held true there would have been 129 people. Are there any 'high school graduates' over there on the liberal land website???

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
