hi clo,

obama was handed one helluva poisoned chalice. but he has done some excellent things; saved the economy; reformed healthcare; nabbed obl.

but because he had so much to do first, he couldn't fix the big one - which was money's control of us politics. i don't know if he wanted to. but all the other failures flow from that.

whoever is next needs to do that as issue number one (assuming there's no war or economic collapse or plague to worry about).

Hi Cactus Flower,

If only it was that easy.

No matter who is the president, what's just as important is which party is controlling congress.
and how the president works with congress.

Hillary does want to get Citizens United overturned & wants voters rights strengthened after the Supreme's gutted it.

I remember when Obama promised to accept public financing, only to toss that out once he won the primary.
That was my first red flag with regard to his 'change we can believe in.'
He also promised to be transparent, like GWB promised to bring 'responsibility' back to the White House.. it was bull....

Lets see how this unfolds. I'm willing to listen to any other democratic candidates.
