hi clo,

okay. i see where you are coming from. i agree she works hard and has shown courage. two important attributes.

i guess she's nowhere on the issues that worry me: exceptionalism issues (the us doesn't need to feel it is pre-eminent to do some good); constitutional issues (how to create a system that allows change to occur gradually rather than in spasms and that gets money out of politics); surveillance issues (how to control government snooping on unsuspicious people); inequality issues (how to change the shape of the income distribution curve); peace issues; and financial issues (how to strike a different balance between wall street and the productive parts of the economy).

to me, she is a status quo candidate. i'm looking for someone who can make some headway with the huge issues the us faces.

HI Cactus Flower,

Her first big attempt, was healthcare.
That took courage, even though she wasn't successful.

I still applaud her courage on calling China out for their mistreatment of women!

I credit her with campaigning in my home state & winning the senate seat.

As Secy of State, Hillary worked hard to broker a deal to keep a war from breaking out in the Gaza. Unfortunately it didn't last long enough.

She also visited Myanmar. It had been 50 years since the last official visit.

She worked to have the Chinese dissident released.

She worked to have sanctions tightened on Iran. We are still hopeful that a better relationship will come.

Hillary works hard, no matter what she is doing. She does her homework.
I don't blame her for being careful before committing to an issue, out loud.

I like Elizabeth also & have great respect for Jerry Brown.
Elizabeth is new to this venue. She hasn't gone through the gauntlet like Hillary has.
Yet, she is becoming more careful. She was recently asked about Hillary's relationship with Wall Street & she wouldn't answer.

Neither Elizabeth or Jerry would be able to draw enough of those 20% undecided/Independents to win.
Unless the republicans put Ted Cruz up...

and that's where I see Hillary's strength, with those 20%.
