I don't think the death penalty should be used except in extreme cases and there must be incontrovertible proof of guilt. I also don't believe that the death penalty should be 'cruel or unusual'. That being said, sometimes ya just gotta do it because justice demands it. This warm and fuzzy injection thingy just isn't working out.
