Sounds like Russia is accusing Ukraine of having planes and missile launchers and its evidence that they were used is inuendo.
Ukraine is accusing Russia of launching missiles and has corroborative evidence in the form of recorded conversations, social media posts etc.
I guess the Russian version isn't impossible. But it sounds like a long shot to me. It requires someone actually to shoot the plane down deliberately. Somehow I doubt it. Misidentification by the folks recently shooting missiles at Ukrainian planes seems more likely.
