Good morning Cactus Flower,

My take was that she was describing three months ago, at the beginning of the war, not at the scene of the crash.

oh yes it did. they identify themselves. they are always well equipped and wear masks. unlike the ones who are ukrainian.

see the video here and you will see russians at the accident site after the crash.
