Most of the people crossing the boarder are giving themselves up.

There is NO fence tall enough or one that could be built to protect ALL the area used to enter.
...the fence wouldn't be there to keep em out. The fence would be there so they would know where the border is. The mines, snipers, predator drones and apache gunships would be there to keep em out.
Obama wants to do what Reagan did & find a way to make improvements.
