What exactly are you guys charging Putin with........?

That he ordered the plane be shot down? That his forces
ordered the plane be shot down? That the Rebels ordered
the plane be shot down? That he supplied the weapon that
shot the plane down?

What have you found him guilty of?

I brought up the US case as precedent,as common law works.
It seems a sorry & $213,000 per passenger without admitting
legal responsibility has been set........unless you believe that
common law doesn't apply to Russia?

hi clo,

the hypocrisy charge is a sort of admission.

it doesn't discharge putin's guilt in this case. it confirms it. the fact that there are other incidents doesn't change how anyone views this one.

the fact that there were old mistakes by other people doesn't make this one okay. the first step is not to blame the ukrainian air for the use of the russian-influenced missile.

i am looking forward to when putin targets the bad actors who fired the missile, whoever they happen to be. since putin is lying about russia supplying and arming the rebels, he knows this is going to circle back to him. hence he has to deny the obvious truth. the russian-backed rebels shot down a commercial airliner. it has to be ukraine's fault. somehow. ;-)

this isn't a discussion about the us and uk. that's an argument written in squid ink. it's about putin's pattern of lying and the issues his behaviour is creating.
