Is a law still a law . . when half the people have to obey it . . and the other half do not because obamba used his 'executive order pen' to grant them waivers?

...the law should still be the law unless it is repealed. If obonzo does not want to follow the constitution he should find out that his doorkey no longer works at the whitehouse.

Any lawsuit could lead to a far-reaching court battle between the president and Congress, who make up two equal branches of government under the Constitution.

Clo,
Congress is supposed to pass the laws.
Obamba is supposed to enforce them.

Obamba is not supposed to be allowed to pick and
choose which laws he will enforce.

Nor is obamba supposed to be allowed to 'create' new
taxes as in the 'carbon tax' he is trying to have
the EPA create.

Riddle me this . . .
Is a law still a law . . when half the people have to
obey it . . and the other half do not because obamba
used his 'executive order pen' to grant them waivers?

Zim.
