"According to the Guinness Book of Records, at 127,900 pounds-force (569 kN)f, the engine holds the record for the highest thrust (although rated at 115,300 pounds-force (513 kN)f). This thrust record was accomplished inadvertently as part of a one-hour, triple-red-line engine stress test."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Electric_GE90

So the GE90 Engine Rated at 115,500lbs can be pushed
in a lab stress test,triple red line,to 127,900lbs.

So an Engine can produce around 11% more thrust
than it's mmo rating....if we assume the square-cube
law doesn't apply & there is no extra drag due to
increased velocity & no extra cubic Power required
to overcome the drag clearly even after that your simulation speed of 700mph at level flight at 2000ft is impossible......

At 0.53MMO at sea level =400mph
10% more power =440mph
20% more Power =480mph
30% more Power =520mph
40% more Power =560mph
50% more Power =600mph

perhaps the simulation software added Another
2 Engines......SmileGarbage in,Garbage out.....

Applied to Aircraft Size.......

"To provide enought thrust to the superduperjumbo
more than 500,000 pounds—you’d have to equip it
with eight of the massive engines that power the A380—compared to the four on the Airbus. (Hanging eight engines has been done before—on Boeing’s B-52, for example.)"
