As a person that wore a uniform for 6 years in parochial school, I think uniforms are positive for both boys & girls.
For many reasons;
1. they don't have to compete with others trying to 'top' outrageous styles.
2. they won't waste time thinking about what to wear.
3. the cost will be equal. no 125.00 sneakers for one kid vs 30.00 for another.
The teenagers in the video are 'young' women, they need to work on their grades. They can wear what they want on the weekends. Plenty of time to express themselves.
That goes for the young men too.
