"So at sealevel a 767 is more than capable of
flying at 654mph....which would make it more
than capable of flying above supersonic speeds at
35,000 ft.

So it is a fact that all Commercial 767 airplanes & Engines are capable of producing supersonic speeds
of about 1.2 Mach?Amazing what a flight simulator
& an approved authority can show!"

" The 0.86M speed you claim at sealevel & proven as fact
through the simulation? is for 35,000 ft not at
sealevel....seems they forgot?? that the
speed of sound varies by 100mph depending on whether
you are at 35,000 ft or at sealevel....you have been
duped!

0.86 x 660mph(speed of sound at 35,000ft)=570mph
which is the claimed speed by both sides

0.86 x 760mph(speed of sound at sealevel)=654mph

So your simulation airspeed capable figure was
calculated at the speed of sound at 35,000 ft
not the speed of sound at Sealevel......which
would then make every Commercial Aircraft capable of
above supersonic speeds.....which obviously is absurd!"

" A Boeing's airframe at sealevel is pushing 3 times
the air out the way as a Boeings airfame at 35,000ft
yet the Boeing at sealevel can endure more stress
than 35,000ft??This is nonsense....drag increases
with air density & velocity!

D = ½V2SCD

"Where is the density of the air, V is the velocity of the air (air speed), S is the surface area of the aircraft, and CD is the coefficient of drag."

I call your whole simulation nonsense....commercial
airplanes have never been flown at supersonic speeds
of Mach 1.2 at 35,000ft no matter what your shills say.

Engines have a finite Power not Infinite as in
your simulation....."

" D = ½V2SCD

Air Density at Sea level.......23.77p
Air Density at 35,000 ft........7.38p

So both you & this expert Believe that air density
& velocity have no effect on drag & that drag has
no effect on an aircraft's airframe or engine's
maximum output thrust.

Throw physics & common sense out the window &
engage your belief system!"

Where's the mention of temperature?

Did I miss it?
