Yeah, they usually get it right, but not always. They blew it real, real big time in KELO.. Was up in your neck of the wood, as I recall. A truly horrible decision. And - bear in mind - this(my) opinion is coming from a Real Estate guy!

Decision is right off the USSC presses. It is sent back to the lower courts for adjudication. I assume he will receive all his back pay, plus his job, plus any reasonable pay raises he would have earned.
