heh, I got pretty close to where I actually live, Inverness, CA, the others listed are in the same, mostly West Marin areas... Family members live in a couple small towns listed as well..
I think they want you out of your urban area, get out, enjoy the boonies... The rest of us pay dearly for B&B's out there!
