hi doma,
other than when you try to blame folks, you should just assume i enjoy what you write. because i do.
enjoyment doesn't come from agreement. for me it comes from being extended. you force me to reexamine my own knowledge and arguments. this can be frustrating which makes me occasionally petulant but it is always stimulating.
eg i haven't thought about comets and asteroids for years. i haven't read the book by the alvarez's for maybe two or three decades. i think it was called nautilus the death star, nautilus being an object they theorised had an incredibly long orbit which knocks asteroids out of the asteroid belt towards earth every 13 or 26m years or so (forgot the number but i think it was a multiple of 13).
so while i write, i also relearn old stuff and read bits and bobs.
if you weren't actually reading stuff about the electric universe, it would be different. but you clearly have read a lot about it, and your argument is always detailed and surprising. so keep sharing. proclaiming alternative architectures is always a lonely business. i think of you as very courageous to do so. it doesn't really matter too much if you are right or wrong so long as you are sincere and thoughtful. and you are.
just remember that others also like to feel respected by you also. you'd actually seem more confident in your own thesis if you didn't belittle opposing theories. and they also need use of the open air in order to grow.
