TC,

well said. Its easy now to look back on the ITC venue and say we should have changed course. Remember we started in 2007 when the policitcal enviornment was much different than we have now. However now though I hope IDCC does change course. I don't want to see millions wasted on appeals at the iTC bc even then I don't think it will matter. The ITC isn't going to issue a ban no matter what and if they do odds are it will get overtuned anyway. I gotta believe with SAM settling and Huwaei we should be able to get the rest to come to the table. I also think the 300M buyback was authorized in case this verdict went against IDCC. I would assume they will be buying aggressively and would think we stay above $40 with our cash position, EPS and stock buyback.

most times in life you have to finish what you start...even if it looks like the cards are stacked against you...the itc is simply an unfavorable venue for idcc[in 20/20 hindsight of course]...but we had to see it through...some good has come of it [CAFC and judge andrews rulings]...and im still a big believer that justice will prevail [already has]...but it has been a tremendous waste of time and resources...but alas it is water under the bridge...and im looking forward eagerly Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green
