most times in life you have to finish what you start...even if it looks like the cards are stacked against you...the itc is simply an unfavorable venue for idcc[in 20/20 hindsight of course]...but we had to see it through...some good has come of it [CAFC and judge andrews rulings]...and im still a big believer that justice will prevail [already has]...but it has been a tremendous waste of time and resources...but alas it is water under the bridge...and im looking forward eagerly
I hope IDCC stops from hereon out going to ITC. They're absolutely worthless - IDCC could save a ton in attorney fees - and every time we lose, the stock price tanks - although I'm nicely surprised that we held up pretty well today. Thank goodness for Sammy settlement!
