...regarding the 'militia movement. IMHO, they are kooks and should be kept an eye on. Same for the KKK, the da revrun wright, the black panthers and the rest of the assholes who might get a shooting war started right here in America. Im not a Tea Party guy but I have attended a rally or two just to see what it was all about. Mostly old folks waving flags and yearning for the good old days that never existed.

I didn't raise the Tea Party issue, it was in the linked item and others I've read, that has suggested that there was a 'connection'. My comment was mainly related to the fact that Drudge generally never references anything which is not at least neutral with respect to groups like the militia movement or the Tea Party, that's all.
