It's called the Clean Air Act.

The EPA acted under full Congressional authority.

Congress is supposed to write the laws - NOT unelected
bureaucrats.

Just because obonzo wants a carbon tax so's he can
steal the money and 'redistribute' most of it into
his friends pockets . . .

congress once said NO carbon tax.

What the EPA is trying to do is blatantly Un-Constitutional.
