...actually conservatives are split pretty much right down the middle on the abortion issue. Half opposed to it under any circumstances, half don't give a rats ass. Im in the don't give a rats ass half.

Hasn't the courts already ruled several times in the past that a 20 week ban is unconstitutional? How is this not just another waste of time and taxpayer's money?

Besides, the LAST thing the Right really wants is for Roe to be overturned. Because if it is they will lose the single issue which brings in more money than anything else out there. In other words, they can't afford to have the courts reverse Roe v Wade.
