I just checked out the individual stats and looks like you are just purring along at a high rate. BAP looks like he is back in full swing again and ArVee and Sun are humming along. Duit and V-Golf keep on adding additional points as well.

The Garage project is continuing and I am uncovering things that must be done first and that means a trip to the county engineers office. Got to take care of a entire street's rain water run off drainage. Either the engineer's office will order the county to fix it or I will fix it, and they might not be happy with my solution. These fine folks decades ago made our water trenches alongside the road to flow toward MY YARD from BOTH SIDES of the street . It meets in the corner out front and then roars down the property line of my house and the neighbors, leaving us in white water rapids and a soaked mess.
I am tired of it and will now do something about it. There is no place for the water to go. A DRAINAGE ditch would be in order run to a working drain which is 240 feet from the front and 100 feet south from that point, on the other side of my neighbor's yard.
Consequently, his yard is flooded and we have standing water along low spots between property lines.
A large French Drainage system would cure this. Deep and wider ditch with large gravel.
That should be run toward that drain.
I MUST fix this before running a garage behind my home and a driveway around the side of the house to that garage.
So it has become a bigger project.
No biggie. Just need to get busting some heads and see if I get any co-operation with the county engineer. One engineer to another, hopefully he is reasonable and needs to be reminded he can be replaced at election time.
