...Such language has created considerable debate regarding the Amendment's intended scope? Only amongst the gun grabbers. In any case there is nothing in the constitution that grants the power of the federal govt to regulate it, therefore it falls to the states to handle it. Any power not specifically granted to the fed is that of the states. Did you get your law degree in a box of cracker jacks?
