If one wants to make sure the peoples do not stage
a revolution . . . What is the first think ya need
to do?

"Take Away Their Guns".

Now, if the only folks supposed to have guns were
the 'well regulated militia' . . . they would keep
all their guns in the militia armory.

If that had been the case back around 1776 . . .
The British would have had an easy time disarming
the American militia-men.

Instead, the American colonies being plagued with
Indians and Spanish riff raff . . . the militia-men
kept their fire-arms close to hand - in their houses.

The Founding Fathers knew full well that one of the
reasons they succeeded in kicking out the British
is because the guys did have their weapons.

And they wrote the second amendment the way they wrote
it to ensure 'We The People' would have the necessary
means to evict tyrants.
