Oh,
You and OCU can argue about the 'Militia' all you want.
But, I'm pretty sure the Founding Fathers recognized
that unless the militia-men had their fire arms in
their houses, the bloody redcoats would have taken
all their fire arms and the revolution would have
died a quick death.

(Instead of King George's minions.)
