When our Lord was on the Cross of Calvary, he could have called upon legions of angels to destry his enemies, and take him down.
But he didn't.
In HIM dwelt ALL the power of GOD. He IS the CREATOR of the men who put him there. He was the MAKER of the GROUND that Cross was jammed into. He created the very trees that were used to make that Roman cross out of.
WHY then with all the POWER of Being GOD did he stay there?
Were the nails that pierced his hands and his feet holding HIM there?
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HE WAS HOLDING THEM!!!!!!! He held the nails and finished the REDEMPTION of ALL MEN through HIS SHED BLOOD and DEATH on that Cross. He STAYED becuase he CREATED US and LOVES US!!!!! HE PAID the PRICE for OUR SINS onthat CROSS WILLINGLY.
He did not have to stay, He did not even have to subject himself to lowly man's brutality. He could have easily spoken and destroyed by HIS POWER all those who tried to hurt HIM. He could have destroyed the entire planet HE spoke into existence........
But No!!!! He came for one purpose. To pay the price for our sins in order to reconcile us unto GOD and to redeem us unto HIMSELF.
ALL we need do is reach out and ACCEPT HIS FREE GIFT HE already offers everyone.
If you do not take possession of a gift someone gave you, you do not own it. You will never know what it was.
The FREE gift of Life everlasting and a HOME in HEAVEN is OURS for simply taking possession of JESUS CHRIST's FREE GIFT of life.
Jesus paid it ALL!!
ALL to HIM I owe!
Sin had left a crimson stain!
HE WASHED IT WHITE AS SNOW!
My friend, do not let this free gift oof eternal life in heaven pass you by! This is what EASTER is ALL ABOUT. The SON OF the LIVING GOD loves you and GAVE HIMSELF for you so you could have LIFE, and have it more abundantly.....
Please just ASK IN FAITh JESUS to SAVE you today! TAKE HIM as your LORD and Savior and serve HIM. He already loves you. He is simply waiting on YOU to come to HIM and CLAIM HIM as your unspeakable and priceless GIFT!!!!
He wants us to come to HIM. He is waiting. Will you come to HIM and accept HIS payment on the CROSS for YOUR SINS???? He died for YOU. He loved you that much.
Come to Jesus and trust in HIM and HIM alone as Lord and Savior of your life. You will rejoice a million years from now because you did!!!!
May God bring you to HIS precious SON who loves us and gave Himself for us!
