A few weeks ago, my bride saw something unique on tv. It was a signature dish at Top of Binions Streakhouse. It was Chicken Fried Lobster, which on the face of it, for me, would be blasphemous.

But - she had it - and it was just great. I just had a steak, but after sampling her lobster - wished I'd gotten the lobster. Sad

The meal was a highlight of the trip for my bride.
