...no it hasn't. The CO2 emissions may be up or down but there is no way to attribute it to sunpower. For sunpower to reduce it by 4.4 percent, it would have to put out 4.4 percent of the energy and it doesn't. No, this is just another unsubstantiated and unprovable point made by a halfwit with an agenda and a website.
