There was an interesting comment that I heard on the drive-time last night. Apparently someone actually decided to interview one of these 591 Americans who had hit their overall contribution limits during the last election cycle and their comment was that they were not really happy with the decision since in the past they were able to tell people who were bugging them for contributions that they had "already hit their limit". Now there will be nothing stopping every Tom, Dick and Harriet from coming to them as if they were a bottomless pit of money. Of course, the source of these comments asked not to be identified, for obvious reasons.
