Probably one of the most difficult things for a dead voter to do is notify the registrar of his/her state of her/his death. Failure to notify the registrar of your own death is not evidence of voter fraud. It is evidence of the idiocy of the person making the assertion.

A similar problem exists with dead people still having drivers licenses and pilot licenses although you don't hear much about dead people flying and driving, that much, too often. Or at all.
Dead people with fishing and hunting permits possibly do bag over the limit.

If 40,000 people were audited to have voted in more than one state, which is not clear from the North Carolina report, it would have required an incredibly large and fraudulent use of absentee ballots and a hell of a lot of running between polling places in different states.
If the audit reflects multi-state registration it is not evidence of voter fraud. It is evidence that Americans are the most mobile society on earth. People move and registrations remain behind.

I notice that nowhere within these misconfigured numbers is there an assertion that one political party evidences more fraudulent vote accumulation than the other, so any bias caused by fraudulent voting would assumedly be effectively neutralized by randomness.

As a crime, fraudulent voting doesn't seem to have a very high reward potential.

Numeric illiteracy is profound around this debate.

I notice that the actual cases of fraud noticed in the report were in the double digits. The low double digits.

You want voter fraud? You got it.

You have a level of voter fraud that is so low it is laughable.

If you are not laughing you are a numeric illiterate.

Euthanasia is a possible cure for this immense problem.
Anybody humanely exterminated will not vote fraudulently.

If you have eight oranges, six grapefruits, a pound os strawberrys and a cumquat, you still can't make an apple pie.

If you go down that road, then be prepared for ripping the scab off of Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004.
