But can he make it through the GOP debate/primary process without selling his soul to the 'tea party' and the Right-wing religious freaks to such an extent that he'll be crippled when he has to try and steer back at least toward the middle in order to even have a chance in a national election? That's the $64 question...

If a republican was to be POTUS I think Jeb would be the most responsible candidate out of the bunch.

He has the chance to woo Hispanics.
He knows what to do when a hurricane hits, no 'New Orleans debacle.'

His short coming is foreign affairs, but none on their list has strength in that dept. Besides, Obama didn't have any either.
And I think Jeb is more like his Dad, a moderate, than his idiot bro.
