...yes, the court ruled that since they were playing football for a scholarship that they were essentiall "employees" and as such they were entitled to belong to a union.

...that being said, I would like to see everyone who has a scholarship of any kind be taxed on the fair value of that scholarship. We gotta close up all these loopholes.
