In this case the state of Florida exonerated them.

The FBI is not known for being in shoot-em-ups - 150 shootings in 20 years. That's because they are not in shoot-em-up positions (frequent traffic stops, domestic disturbances, drug raids, and other encounters with AWGs) very often, or come in overwhelming force.

What do you presume happened with Todashev? We know that Todashev was a violent loose cannon, and likely a mass murderer.

and I don't believe their rendition in this case.

In June, The New York Times reported that F.B.I. agents fatally shot about 70 “subjects” and wounded about 80 others from 1993 to early 2011 — and in every case, the agent’s use of force was determined to be justified.
