In its Schedules (as amended) filed on June 24, 2013 [Dkt No. 195], the Debtor listed a value for its assets of $4,472,651.31; however, this total excludes claims, rights, and general intangibles, the value of which the Debtor contends is presently impossible to estimate precisely. Assuming that its various patent portfolios can be fully commercialized through licensing programs for clients and infringement suits against violators over time, the Debtor has contended during this bankruptcy case that its assets are worth in excess of $100 million.
