That's the point, the forensic evidence that supported that claim has already been totally discredited and now the so-called jail-house 'confession' is being shaken. No matter what happened, it's becoming clear that their was rampant, if not criminal, incompetence in the prosecutor's office which now appears to have have led directly to the execution of an innocent man.
