Good morning keystone!

IMO, Obama is mostly reactive.
And that's not always a negative.

While too many think Obama isn't 'strong,' he needs to look at the long term ripple effects.
Knee jerk behavior is dangerous, just look at Putin.

Putin, looks macho, but at what cost?
He's putting the Russian economy & prestige at risk.
He faces isolation & a huge hit in their stock market.
Russian oligarchy's could play a big role in how this goes.

There is a signed treaty in 1994, Ukraine gave up their nuclear power & IF this treaty isn't honored HOW will other countries like Iran see this...?
