They are watering down the test so's more half wits
can pass it.
Some of us were talking about that sort of thing
at work today. Back in 1976 the U.S. Army technical
manuals were written for what was then a high school
educational level. When I got out in 1979, they
were re-writing the manuals - more like comic books
at what I would call a fourth grade educational level.
My buddy tells me that in the early 1990's . . it was
just as bad.
Anybody besides me think that what passes for a
college education today . . . might have been a high
school education forty years ago?
